Thank you Stephanie. What a thought provoking, fascinating look into human behaviour and how to talk differently to yourself to get different behaviours. There are lots of techniques to take away, absorb and start using in my personal and working life. I particularly liked the Cause vs Effect analogy and the anchoring exercise. Owning your language was a powerful paradigm. The goal setting was the most gentle but powerful reflective exercise – that is definitely going to become a standard way to motivate myself going forward. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole session.
