I went to Steph to get help with my responses to stress, particularly in relation to work.
Initially I was somewhat sceptical, but I found that my sessions with Steph definitely helped me to cope better with stress.
Steph helped me to be more conscious of my responses and therefore better able to institute strategies to both prevent escalation of stress in those moments when I used to find this impossible, and also to really reduce my overall stress levels.
She provided me with practical tools, and also gave me extra insight into why I was using the same old mechanisms I had always relied on (which were not helpful!) and how I could become “unstuck”
I now have a far greater sense of control which has really helped me in my everyday life.
