Evolving With Intention — Group Coaching
For when you're changing inside… and don’t want to navigate it alone.
There’s a point in personal evolution where you start feeling different — clearer, deeper, less tolerant of old nonsense — but you don’t quite have the words yet.
You make decisions that look fine on paper but feel wrong in your bones.
You second-guess small things.
You wonder, “Is anyone else feeling like this?”
They are. And they tend to find their way here.
You try bringing this stuff up with long-time friends and they look at you like you’ve started downloading messages from off-world entities.
Mention intuition, boundaries, wanting a more more meaningful life and suddenly it’s
“Are you okay?”
“Is this hormones?”
“Have you joined a cult?”
So you stop talking.
You keep the most interesting parts of your inner world to yourself.
And slowly — without any drama — you find yourself craving conversations you can’t have where you are.
The real question
Underneath it all are quieter questions:
“If you didn’t feel judged by old roles or expectations, who would you grow into next?
And what would change if you stopped apologising for that version?“
Often, your sense of self is evolving — and the rest of life is still rearranging around it.
This group exists for that exact in-between space.
What this space is
A small, intentional group for people who are evolving out of old versions of themselves — even if they can’t fully explain how or why yet.
This is a lightly structured, thoughtful space where:
- your inner changes make sense
- intuition isn’t dismissed
- emerging identities are met with curiosity rather than concern
- the “in-between” parts of you have room to breathe
You don’t need answers.
You don’t need a plan.
Just a willingness to explore what’s changing.
How group work differs from 1:1 coaching
Group work isn’t a diluted version of private coaching — it works differently.
Here, insight doesn’t just come from me. It emerges through shared reflection, language, humour, and recognition.
Someone names something you’ve also felt but never said. Another reframes a pattern you didn’t realise you had. And often, clarity comes not from being analysed or fixed, but from having someone say, “Yes — that makes sense.”
Why this group works
In practice, this means:
- a place to unpack your inner shifts without someone calling it “a phase”
- people who get it, without needing everything explained
- conversations that go where your old ones can’t
- laughter, insight, and that delicious “oh thank goodness, it’s not just me” feeling
This is where identity evolution becomes less lonely, less confusing — and something you can talk about out loud.
Who this is for
You’ll feel at home here if you:
- sense you’re different inside but can’t quite name it
- feel out of step with parts of your old life
- want deeper, more meaningful conversations
- notice spiritual or intuitive nudges surfacing
- seek insight, humour, and thoughtful exploration
- want change to feel supported, not solitary
This probably isn’t your space if you:
- want rigid structure, or step-by-step instructions
- need someone to tell you who to become
- aren’t open to listening, reflecting, or gentle challenge
(No judgement — just fit.)
What we explore together
This work is about noticing who you’re becoming. As that becomes clearer, the second-guessing eases — and you can name what’s changing, embody it, and live it.

That exploration includes:
A blend of NLP, intuitive awareness, neuroscience, and three-brain wisdom — explored through conversation rather than formal teaching.
We keep coming back to things like:
- what’s ending
- what’s emerging
- your inner compass
- patterns that no longer fit
- conversations you can’t have elsewhere
With humour and genuine empathy.
Because laughing at your own evolution is wildly underrated.
When something surfaces
From time to time someone in the group hits a knot — a belief, fear, or old story that’s ready to untangle.
If it feels right for them, and right for the group, I’ll guide a gentle process in the moment.
It can be emotional or surprisingly simple — either way, the work stays grounded, and people frequently leave feeling lighter than they expected.
What’s helpful is that these moments don’t just support one person — they support the whole group.
And if something needs more space, we continue it privately through SHIFT Coaching.
That support sits alongside the group — it isn’t part of the programme — and the clarity it brings almost always feeds back into the shared conversations in useful ways.
What tends to emerge
You might notice:
- a clearer sense of who you’re becoming — and language for changes that were previously hard to name
- steadying conversations that make the whole “identity update” feel less strange and less lonely
- more clarity and confidence, and far less energy spent managing or explaining who you used to be
- a stronger connection to your intuition and new perspectives that land in your bones
- a sense of genuine belonging that feels natural — where you don’t need to edit yourself mid-sentence
In participants’ own words
“What I valued most was the shared focus and supportive environment. It helped me recognise that some of my ‘winning formulas’ had quietly become habits — and that they were no longer serving me.
Through the group, I gained clarity and perspective, and a renewed willingness to take considered risks — both personally and professionally.”
— John, Group Coaching Participant, New Zealand
“I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to you and the group. The funny thing is, I found out I already knew much more about myself than I thought I did!
I’d also never used AI before, so using the identity prompts you created was a completely new experience, and very insightful.
Thank you again for everything. You are so good at what you do. I’m glad I saw your tiny home tour that fateful day!”
— Krista, Group Coaching Participant, Canada
“I’ve trained in NLP and watched many teachers over the years. What makes this work different is how deeply it’s lived and embodied.
This group didn’t just give me tools — it helped me remember who I am and actually do something with that insight. I feel more grounded, more open, and more engaged with my life than I was when I started.”
— Carol, Group Coaching Participant, New Zealand
"The group coaching was really useful in providing some clarity around my identity and the areas of my life that I want to focus my efforts on. I also really enjoyed the learning aspect of it and understanding more about the mind and how we create our reality."
— Christie, Group Coaching Participant, New Zealand
This space works best when everyone:
- Is open to different perspectives
- listens well and challenges gently
- Is supportive and respectful.
About the group
6 × 2-hour sessions
(one every two weeeks)
Maximum six people
Groups begin once all six places are filled — so you start together, not mid-stream. Many groups choose to continue once the initial six sessions end. You’ll have that option if it feels right.
Meets online
(participants join from different locations)
Light structure, deep conversation
No forced sharing. No spotlight pressure
$550 NZD
for the full series
Joining the group
Because the space is small and relational, I like to have a short exploratory conversation first — simply to check that it feels like a good fit on both sides.
If it does, I’ll send the payment details and confirm your place.
You don’t have to navigate this inner shift alone. There’s a circle where the conversation you long for is normal.
