Evolving With Intention — 1:1 Coaching
For when you’ve changed inside… but your sense of self hasn’t caught up yet.
You can feel it — something in you has shifted. You’re wiser in ways you can’t quite explain. Your tolerance for nonsense has dropped to a healthy low. Your priorities have rearranged themselves when you weren’t looking.
But your sense of identity — who you are — hasn’t quite updated, and now life feels… misaligned. Parts of you are quietly grieving the old version you’ve outgrown, while another part is wondering,
“I’m not the me I used to be… so who exactly am I becoming?”
You try slipping back into old roles but they feel cramped.
Often it’s not that you lack direction — it’s that the person you’ve become no longer fits the goals or roles you’re trying to move towards.
You hear yourself saying yes to things you absolutely don’t want to do. You can’t quite talk about what’s changing because you don’t have the words yet.
This coaching picks up right there — in that strange, in-between space where everything is shifting, but nothing is solid enough to name.
Why this phase feels strange
You’re aware of the restlessness and the sensitivity. There’s even a quiet spiritual edge. But it’s hard to articulate. Part of you wonders if you’re becoming “too much” — too sensitive, too intuitive, too different. And then the thought arises…
“If I follow this shift I’m experiencing, will I let people down, or even leave them behind altogether?”
Your friends don’t always know what to do with the new you. You start talking about purpose or meaning, waking up from the matrix, your values, boundaries, or living in alignment with who you actually are… and they blink at you like you’ve started speaking Klingon.
You mention that you no longer feel like “your old self” — and they suggest a holiday.
So you stop sharing your insights. You soften your edges to keep the peace. And the gap widens — between who you’re becoming and who they still expect you to be. It isn’t traumatic — or even dramatic. It’s just… lonely.

Evolving With Intention — 1:1 Coaching
This is a place where your inner shifts are treated as sensible rather than strange. Pace and agency are respected. Together we explore the changes you feel with curiosity instead of concern. Your instincts and insights are taken seriously — not rushed, analysed away, or dismissed.
This work is about noticing who you’re becoming. As that gets clearer, the second-guessing eases — and you can name what’s changing, embody it, and live it.

“If nobody was watching, who would you let yourself become?
And what would change right now if you let yourself be that person?”
If something needs more space
Occasionally, a belief knot, emotional tangle, or persistent pattern surfaces that benefits from more focused attention.
When that happens, we can continue the work through SHIFT Coaching. This sits alongside Evolving With Intention — it isn’t part of the programme — and it’s always a choice.
Who This Is For
This is about understanding what’s already changing, rather than fixing yourself.
You’ll feel at home if you’re evolving on the inside but haven’t found the language for it yet. If your old roles feel too constraining, but you feel guilty about wanting something different — especially when life “should” be fine.
You’ll recognise yourself if you’re feeling more intuitive, oddly restless, like life has become too small — even when nothing “bad” has happened.
What We Explore Together
We go into endings, beginnings, beliefs, values, identity threads, boundaries and old emotional triggers that often pop up during times of change. You don’t need a clear direction or to know what comes next. We clarify who you’re becoming, so direction emerges naturally.
It’s the kind of clarity you can’t get from people who only know your old storyline — the one that hasn’t existed for ages. If you’d like support from someone who gets the nuance of change, this is where you’ll find your footing again.
"THANK YOU! For your work in guiding me to uncover my values, and your reassurance that my expectations of a civil workplace were reasonable. Both were key to me making the changes I needed to make."

What Starts To Make Sense Again
- a feeling of relief that it’s a transition and you’re not ‘losing the plot’
- a clear sense of who you’re becoming and words for what’s changing inside you
- a calmer inner world with stronger boundaries (the kind that feel natural, not forced)
- decisions that feel aligned and easier to act on
- a sense of belonging to yourself again, instead of bending to old expectations
This will feel supportive if
- you value thoughtful exploration
- you’re self-aware, curious, reflective
- you want warmth, humour, and depth
- you’re ready to feel like yourself again — the updated you, not the archived version
